At Deltit, we aim to provide high-quality watches that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible.
Order Cancellation and Changes:
Buyers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to cancel or make any changes to their order. After this period, the order will be processed, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
1. Refunds:
• Watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalized watches are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Items on sale or purchased during special promotions are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges:
• Exchanges are allowed for watches that are returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Watches with minor cosmetic issues (e.g., small scratches or smudges) that can be easily fixed by the buyer using the cleaning cloth provided may not qualify for exchanges or refunds.
• If the wrong watch was sent, or if there is a major defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or engraved watches.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Watches with self-inflicted damage (e.g., scratches from wear, water damage due to mishandling).

Minor Fixes:
For minor issues, such as a loose strap or smudges on the watch face, we suggest that buyers attempt simple fixes (such as tightening the strap or cleaning with the provided cleaning cloth). In many cases, these small issues can be resolved easily without needing a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
• Contact Us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label if your request is approved.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive the watch and confirm that it meets the return criteria.
Refunds:
• Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process. Once your return is received, we will send out your replacement item within 5 business days.
