At Deltit, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:
Shipping Locations:
• Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing:
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Please note that for watches with special designs or unique styles, processing times may take longer. You will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods:
• Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days.
Shipping Costs:
• Shipping fee is $4.95 for all orders.
Delivery Delays:
• Unexpected Delays: Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. We do our best to minimize delays and keep you informed of any significant changes.
Order Not Delivered:
• We do not take responsibility for orders that are not delivered due to:
o The wrong shipping address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
o Instances where the shipping carrier has marked the order as ‘delivered,’ but the buyer has not received it.
In these cases, we can assist by filing a complaint or inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf. However, resolution times depend on the carrier’s investigation, and we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for such incidents.
Wrong Address:
• If a wrong address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order to the correct address. However, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Taxes and Duties:
• For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
• No additional import duties or customs taxes are applicable since we only ship within the U.S.
